Storing Grains and Flours

The shelf life for our milled products is 2 to 3 months at room temperature, 3 to 4 months in the refrigerator, or up to 6 months in the freezer. The shelf life for whole berries and whole corn kernels is, remarkably, 6 years.

You’ll find the date of the milling marked on the bottom of the bag, so you can calculate from there.
